I am trying a new plan of celexa 10mg morning. Sinequan 10mg at night, plus clonazepam when needed.

Do you have any Zyprexa? That might work.

hi, link, :)
i'm not quite sure why you are substituting celexa for zoloft. i don't think switching to celexa is a very good idea..all the SSRIs basically work the same way (only they have different side effect profiles). why don't you just use the dose equivalent (of 10 mg celexa) of zoloft? (unless you are switching due to side effects..)another potential idea: have you tried provigil/adrafinil? perhaps you could add it on to your regimen right now and see how it goes..then later you could drop the zoloft if you want.
just trying to help. i wish you the best in making your decision. you've had lots of wonderful feedback from this and other threads. we're all rooting for you.
take care,:)

honestly the more downers you take the more deppressed they can make you. id at least try and kick the downers. after a while youl start to feel more alive and energetic. id also say you need something that will significantly lift your mood although i dont know what that something is for you id try like 20-40mg of celexa or an MAOI or Wellbutrin, Remeron, Effexer....ect

your new regimen will be almost the same as mine. I take Effexor instead of Celexa because I find the SSRIs too sedating. I take 150mg Effexor at noon, .25mg of clonazapam 3x a day and 50mg of doxepin (generic form of Sinequan) an hour before bed and this is working wonderfully for me. Best wishes for you on your new cocktail, Linkadge!

Glad to see you are hanging in there! I got very worried after reading "ready to kill myself" and responded before I realized there was a newer post from you. I am rooting for you. It is tough but you have a lot of support here. Post again soon.

I think you are not taking enough medicine. Try some new ones, add ons, and higher doses. It could just be depression from just hving to take the meds. Have you taken any anti-psychotics, do you? That might help, then you wouldn't be getting serotonine syndrom. Anti-psychotics work mainly on dopamine, which is better for suicidal thoughts. You might be right the SSRI's are not helping, and you know that taking more of them won't make you feel better. I just increased my zyprexa to 15 mg, because of moods, seems to help.
