effexor did nothing for me. remeron and wellbutrin is in my current cocktail. The remeron has to be ramped up to a max dose for it to do what its supposed to. I am only on 30 mg of remeron for the first week.
Lets keep each other posted with how it works. so far the remeron only made me tired so i PM dosed it. I am not tired in day but then again I dont feel any better from it yet either.
