Does anyone know what the half life of Lamictal is? I find that if I don't take it every 24 hrs, at about 26-27 hours I get all swimmy and buzzed.

What is your dose? Lamictal itself does that to me.

i've been trying to answer this question this month by changing my doses.
i take 400 mg per day.
i noticed if i skip the 400 for 24 hours i also get fatigued.
however i notice i can take 200 mg per day, by spreading it out through out the day, IE 50 in am, 50, noon, 50 afternon, 50 evening.
from this experience i cut my dose in half but feel stable.
to answer your question. I think the half life depends on the dosage. the more you take stays in system longer but wears off slower. the less you take it wears off faster but u can take much less just more often.
This is the end of the thread.
