What side effects would I get which told me that my dose of Parnate was getting too high for me?
Apart from increased sleeplessness what side effects are there which stop one from going higher on Parnate?
Is it (postural) hypotension?
Is it headaches?----
Thanks for any info.

Postural hypotension is a pretty reliable indicator of dosage. One of my doctors considered a 10% drop in blood pressure upon rising from a chair to be expected once you reach a therapeutic level. It's pretty hard to take too much Parnate. You can titrated it up to dosages in excess of 60mg if you tolerate the side effects. Some possible indicators of taking a higher dosage than is optimal might be hyperreflexia and myoclonic jerks. I'd like to see what other people have to say about this.

It is releated to a stimulant, and when I was taking too much it gave me the side effect cluster of excess stimulants. Nervousness, and tremor etc.

ISTR that a symptom of postural hypotension is seeing stars (and if it is really bad then there is fainting). But I don't think that would happen with just a 10% drop in BP.
