I was at 500 and couldn't remeber why I had walked into a room . So I dropped to 125 mg because I wanted to stay on it because it helped. Lamctil was GREAT I felt like normal for the first time in my life but I got the rash. Anyway, I guess I have to take the "stupidity" pill Depakote and I wanted to know if even a small dosage like 125mg could be impairing me cognitively. I wish I had not gotten that rash bc lamactil had no side effects. By the way I do not know if i am BP 11 or "spectrum" but I sure know when I took Lamactil my agittaion went right away, like a switch was turned off. But I never couldn't sleep or got too crazy except hyper sexual
