Sounds like you are obsesed with death. Must be on your mind a lot. Which for me is often related to being on NO medicine. You need some thing. What though? How long do you get with your doctor? Can you just tell them all your simptoms when you go in and get a good med? Some times planing what you are going to take, or want to take, sets off the wrong meds, and gets you a bad diagnosis.

If you don't think your doctor can diagnos you in the amount of time or won't help and just wants you to tell them what you think is right, through research on your own or what ever. Think of what you liked about each med you took before, weight gain, weight loss, tiredness, insomia, what ever. Then reseach which med you think will work.

I don't know what you have taking in the past? Just the ones you mentioned? My guess is that you need a mix. Probably one that will give you energy, motivation, and anxiety relife, calming and no weight gain.

I take 300 wellbutrin, 60 celexa, and 7.5 zyprexa. This works well for me, and has all the effects that I mentioned above, for me. I don't know maybe it could work for you?

I know that you've had issues with heart palpitations Donna when trying various meds that can only make panic attacks all the worse. Here's a possibility to talk with your doctor about. Go back to the SSRIs or TCAs but take them with a strong beta blocker like Inderal (Beta blockers stop physical symptoms of anxiety like heart palpitations- they're not perfect but they can help) . Another option is adding a mood stabilizer in. Perhaps have a little valium on hand as needed. Also, a therapist is essential. Perhaps getting to the core of these issues will help reduce them. Knowing what fears you have and why you have these fears can certainly help. Therapists have all sorts of tricks in their bag like biofeedback, cognitive behavioral therapy, etc... This combined with medication may just make all the difference for you. Finally, initially, nearly all medications have uncomfortable side effects that take getting used to. Sometimes simply by gritting your teeth and baring it, you will end up being happy because the medicine will eventually work and the side effects will diminish or go down substantially. Keep in touch with your doctor and discuss these issues as they come up.
Good luck
