Hi there
Desperately trying not to be put back on Paxil (the withdrawal was the worst experience of my life).
Sadly, though, it has been the most effective a-d for me - have subsequently been through about 6 or 7.
Lexapro worked very well but made me feel numb emotionally.
I wondered if Celexa would be likely to do the same thing or if it's emotional effects may be different??
I'm grasping at straws here!

Hello Star Flower
I have never been on lexapro. I have been on celexa about 16 months. The first 3 months it really helped. I would not say I was emotionally numb It really helped me not to ANALYZE ANALYZE
One of many problems. Plus I was seeing a therapist which really helped.
I don't know about the withdrawal from celexa??
I don't think it is very good so you may want to investigate that as well.
I am still on celexa and it helps me not feel anxious. Hot tea and massage is the best medicine!
Take Care. Prism
