This morning my routine got slightly scrambled and I honestly can't remember if I took my lexapro or not. I take 10 mg a day, in the morning.
I'm scared to just take one but I don't want to go a day without it, it makes a real difference to me. Has this happened to anybody else? What did you do? Lexapro folks out there, I need you to respond as soon as possible!

i always marks a number 1 down on the day i take my med on the calander..... dont take one now just in case... get a calander and mark it down when u take one tommorrow and therefore after..

Look at the date on your rx bottle and count out the number of pills left in the bottle..if there is not one pill gone for every day since you got the rx then that means you havent taken it today yet..
even if you dont take it today you will be ok..one day wont make that big of a difference..i talked to a pharmacist once that says that if youve been taking it for a while that you have enough residual med in your system to last you for days without feeling any discontinuation effects..

Will get a calendar for the bathroom tomorrow.
it's reassuring to know skipping one day won't hurt.

You could also get one of those little daily pill boxes, you know--the ones with a little box for each day. I take my Lexapro in the morning too, and that's what I did because I was afraid I would forget and miss it or take it twice by mistake.
