Hey folks: well..having gone through the years of meds, I am looking to combine a few of the meds that helped me most. Has anybody combined Effexor with an SSRI with good effect? It's just that Prozac and Effexor are the only a.d's I can really tolerate, and I think the Effexor would help with the Prozac sluggishness and such. Any comments are MUCH appreciated.
Thanks!
Jay

Ask your doctor about it? Sounds like a mix that would work. Although I have never tried it. I take 2 anti-depressants? Just tried with a 3rd, new one, which didn't work. But the other 2 are a great mix with the zyprexa. Wellbutrin wakes me up the zyprexa puts me to sleep. The celexa is the anti-depressant.

What were your experiences with Wellbutrin and Remeron?
