Hi,
I receive SSDI and had worked part-time but got laid off. Can I receive unemployment too? Does anyone know anything about this? I've had no luck looking it up on the Internet.

Hey,
I know about unemployment but not about disability. If you were working legitimately (meaning that you were working under terms that allowed for you to work and also get your disability payments), then I don't think that there would be any problem with getting unemployment benefits as well after getting laid off.
If you were defrauding the government (which I am sure you are not) by working while getting disability payments that would only be payable if you were not working, then applying for unemployment benefits would make that apparent and make you a target for a fraud investigation.
As I said, if you are a law-abiding citizen that got laid off, I think you should be able to collect unemployment, though I am not familiar with the disability rules.
