Yes, I take Benadryl with Nardil every other night. This is a pure antihistamine and is not dangerous to take with an MAOI. Just be sure to get the allergy only version, or if you get a generic equivalent, something that has diphenhydramine only. Some of the versions have decongestants like pseudoephedrine in them--a definite no-no for someone taking an MAOI.
