I'm to the point where I just don't know what to do. I used to always think at some point, if I kept working with my doctors, it would get better. Now, I don't think it ever will. Nothing works.

how long have you been in treatment Griswald? what do you suffer from? - I have been feeling the same way, as I have been in a bipolar deppression for just over two years now and it just wont budge. I havent even been working for the last few months. But I have a very good doctor and he says you just have to keep plugging away and eventually you find a combination that works.
There are allways new meds coming on to the market, so its really good to have a doctor that stays up to date with the latest research, publications, drugs, ect.. Stay positive, something will come together for you.

I've been suffering from BP II since I was very young. I'm 31 now. You get to point where you think, "really, what am doing going through?"

My doctor says the same thing. But this has been going on for years now.

Hey Buddy,
Well myself I'm 24 but have been dealing with anxiety/ depression and most of all sleeplessness since i was 16. Recently i've gotten rid of my anxiety with Celexa and raised my mood up a tad but my sleeplessness is still very much there. I mean imagine waking up everyday of your life and never experiencing a restful sleep night after night. I can count about a total of three weeks in a span of 8 years now that i actually felt and looked like myself. Very frustrating to say the least. But recently there were two days were i almost felt like myself and not a pale, sick looking zombie. That has given me some hope. So what i'm sayin is keep on trying. Some days i cant take it anymore and think about s but i have to remember how i felt those few days. Just keep plugging bro
