Adderall XR dosage

Me again.

I am curioud to know what dosage of Adderall XR people take. I am not taking it for ADD only for depression.

I would also like to hear any experiences with the med that people would like to share.

When I was on it, I took 2 20mg capsules and 12.5 reg adderall. The slow release never seemed to kick in right for me to feel it was working unless I added a small amount of reg aderrall.
