I've had a splitting headache for several days now, but I've been on MAOIs including Nardil for months without any change in diet or any previous adverse reaction. It goes away when I lie down. I wonder if it's time to quit. Parnate also seems to cause some constipation.

I'm sorry about your headache. It sounds like a doozy. Have you had your blood pressure taken? It sounds like it may be elevated. Some people respond to Parnate with changes in BP unrelated to diet. Also, constipation is a common side effect of MAOI's and other psychotropic drugs. Taken a fiber supplement or something like Metamucil can lep.
