How could Remeron work against Nardil???

The only think I can think of Ace is that you are getting strong blocade of the 5-ht2c receptor which *may* make OCD worse.

I think you are right. Sexuality and obsessivness go hand in hand. Hit the receptor, no sexuality - no obsessivness. Block the receptor, sexuality and the possibility of obsessivness. Obviously very simplistic.

The Zyprexa has been great for my OCD- could the Remeron be working against thge Zyprexa.
I think I'll give remeron 2 more weeks at 15mg...if im still having probs- bye bye remeron!

Remeron blocks H1, 5-HT2A & 5-HT2C, just like Zyprexa does. Since Remeron blocks H1 extremely well, it probably leaves more Zyprexa free to block other recptors.Cheers,
