MIRAPEX and LUVOX for RLS and OCD

I Have a bad OCd problem as long as a big Rls (Restless leg syndromes)
Does is safe to take them both , because luvox only increase so much my rls problem.
Does Mirapex give lots of energy and help for concentration, or it just agravete the symptoms.
ANd what about long term use ?
