My son is on 37.5 of Effexor and last Saturday I forgot to give it to him.The next day was Horrific! He was not himself most of the day. Would this be a normal reaction to missing 1 dose?
BTW- He is also taking 50mg of Risperdal-and to update-the last 3 weeks have been the BEST in a long time. He is happy, smiling, doing homework, chores, playing with friends & siblings.I feel like I have my loving son back!!! YAY

>Hi, when I forget to take my Effexor I start to feel average within just 2 hours! I have no doubt that he would be feeling very second hand after missing a dose.
Cheers,
Panda.

I could usually tell after a few hours of missing a dose.
