Hi,
I'm just wondering whether those who have tried moclobemide have noticed that it causes sleep related problems? Such as insomnia, drowsiness, etc... Also, what were the general side effects that you experienced?? Any gastrointestinal problems??

This is really weird, coz I took this for about a year back when I wasn't dx bipolar, and I think all I recall was not much of anything. It wasn't as strong as Prozac for sure which made me hypomanic/manic and definitely made me insomniac!!!!!! All of the SSRIs I've tried did this, as well as affecting my stomach/guts.
Sleep is a big issue for me so I am guessing that this med didn't ruin my sleep, though I don't really recall. It didn't keep me well enough in the long run.
