I take 10mg of Lexapro, 15 mg of topomax, 90 mg of buspar and 12.5 mg Seroquel at night. I feel like I just can't move. I just don't want to do anything and I am so jittery. I feel like noises go right through me. I recently stopped the neurontin. I was on 600 mg/day. My vitals and blood sugar are normal. Is it the seroquel? Is it the topomax? I just started it. Is there an adjustment period to this. I just can't figure this out. The dizziness, fatigue and jitteriness have got to get better.

I'm sure it's the combination. I used to take Zyprexa, like Seroquel it's an antipsychotic and I had some of your symptoms. Maybe you should have been tapered off neurontin slowly. You're on a high dose of buspar, that should help but you could be over medicated, you should talk to your doctor.
