I was anxious the first 6 days and by day 7 the meds did a complete 180 and now im extremely tired. I started to take them at night now (around 7pm) but still feel tired throughout the day. Like I just want to shut my eyes cause they burn. does the tiredness eventually go away?

I had just about the exact same thing. I had panic attacks when I first started Lex. I was only on 10mg. I couldn't believe that was a side effect. But then next thing I knew I was so sleepy all the time. I took the Lex at night and started drinking coffee in the morning it helped. Eventually as my tolerance went up the tiredness subsided. I have just recently upped my dose to 20mg and the tiredness is back again. I'm sure like before it will go away again. Good luck and hope it gets better for you.

Ask your doctor about taking Provigil to counteract the tiredness. It's generally very effective with little or no side effects.
