quitting caffeine/feeling depressed/Depakote

So, in order to take less Depakote, I'm getting off of caffeine.

The result? For the time being, I feel like the Depakote is way too strong. I feel slow and lethargic. I don't want to do anything.

Is there a way to take Depakote long term without feeling depressed?

Maybe your being depressed is the result of your quitting caffeine. I had to quit it two days ago, for urological problems, and I was used to drink a lot of it, and these two last days I've been the worst even if I didn't realize the possible connection since I read your post.
