It's been awhile since I've had a complete physical so made an appointment with my GP. I just couldn't figure out why I'm so tired, irritable, witchy, etc (I really thought I was losing my mind!!!)
My doc ordered a complete blood screening and we got the results back yesterday. Come to find out, my thyroid is messed up, big time! This is one of the reasons for my moodiness and lack of being able to cope.
Hey, at least I know I'm not going crazy!
Just a thought: If you're in your 40s and having a lot of crazy mood swings, you might ask your doc to check your thyroid.

I think Armour Thyroid is better for many people. Read up on this in books written by Dr. Broda Barnes.
