I'm on 50 on the topo 150 of traz for sleep can take up too 3 mgs klonopin for anxiety a say if needed. I've only been on this since the 12th of March. I feel calm but tired. Hopefully it will pass?

Can't speak for the Trazodone, but when I was on Topamax, it was very sedating at the beginning, but it went away completely once my body adjusted to a steady dose (once you've stopped titrating up). Klonopin can make you sleepy too, especially if you're not on a maintenance dose. When I was taking it every day, it never made me sleepy...just took away the anxiety wonderfully. Now I just take it when needed, and it does tend to cause some tiredness.Hope this helps a little,
