SEXAPRO? (lexapro and sex)

Im on my fifth day and ejaculation is VERY DIFFICULT. But, as my doc told me, Ive already had problems with sexual interest; it has been very difficult for me to get my body/mind interested in sex. My interest is generally on a cognitive level, not a sensual one. And when I do succeed, my orgasms are weak and disappointing.
Now that Im on Lexapro, my body seems to have even less interest than normal. HOWEVER, the couple of times I have succeeded the orgasms have been, perhaps, the best ones I have EVER had.
I can only look forward to the time when the libido is back so I can take full advantage of this. After living with depressive symptoms for so many years, you really forget what goodness can be like, and you wonder if it can ever fully come back--even with medication. I fear that my entire brain has been damaged.

NOTE: the first time, I hadnt done anything for quite a few days, and Lex seemed to give me a semi-permanent semi-erection all day.
