Does anyone know if there is an anti-psychotic type drug that has a lesser tendency to cause akathesia? Abilify works for me but the akathesia and insomnia are intolerable. Will have to stop. Have also had akathesia from Zyprexa, Risperdal. Any advice???

Try 25 mg Seroquel at night. I take it and haven't experienced any akathesia.
