Hi Ace,
I did this for 3 years with Zoloft. It would work for about a year, then it would abruptly quit on me. I would taper off...stay off for 6 months (took Prozac inbetween the first time, Celexa the second time, and Paxil the third time) then go back on Zoloft. It would work just as good each time I went back on, but then, bam...it would quit again. Zoloft was very effective for me, except for the poop-out. I eventually gave up and went on Effexor XR, and have been on it ever since.

It might be advantageious to have a nutritional analysis performed. This would rule out the posabilities of nutritional defciancies reducing a medications effetivness, especially folic acid.
As well you want to watch your essential fatty acids.
Exercise boosts drug therapy on all levels.
As well you want to try new things. Somtimes certain circuts are only activated when certain activities happen.
If heard a few indeviduals tell me that fasting has effectivly reversed poop out.
They told me that fasting totally reversed the apathy associated with certain treatments, and instilled that sense of awe once again.
Sometimes what we thing was the drug was really a nice combination of the right chemicals and the right situation. Sometimes we're so preocupied with the chemicals that we loose the notion that the situation can trigger the mood.
Best of Luck
Vaulenteer at a food drive. Become a big brother, ride a roller coaster etc.
Sometimes it is the obsession with the medication that stops it from working. It is only when you are sick that taking the medication will be percievable. When you are well again, life should be seemless. So I'd say that as long as your core mood it good, the open up the tool box and pull out another tool !
