Diane- I have done a lot of reading on antidepressants, but I have never heard of kidney problems. But I am not an expert on this so I don't know for sure.
The only organ problem that I have heard of is that some people may have liver problems with Serzone. But if you are going to have liver problems, the blood enzymes will show up very quickly. So when the doc does your first blood test, he will see the elevated enzymes and switch the patient from Serzone to a different drug.
