effexor xr 600mg.

I have been on effexor xr for about 4yrs. I just recently had my dose increased from 450 to 600 mg. I understand that this dose is as high as I can go.. Anyone else on this dose? How long after an increase can you expect to see a change? Thank you for you responses..
