lithium/lamictal combo

Has anyone had good success with this combo? I am currently on 400mg lamictal, 100mg prozac, 90mg remeron and lithium was added 3 weeks ago. My unipolar depression is somewhat controlled except in the late afternoon from 3 to 6PM when it rears its ugly head. Lithium, currently at 900mg, was added to hopefully counter late afternoon depression. I know it is too soon to tell, but I am beginning to wonder if there is med or meds out there that can stop my afternoon depression.
