I've noticed that at 18 mg, I tend to get some 'malfunctions' around the time I start feeling the NA rush that I normaly get with it. This seems to be more of a comeup event though, it levels out once the rush subsides. I am going up to 40 mg eventualy, will this just last longer with a higher dose?

I think that sexual side effects are known as a possible side effect of Straterra. Maybe it goes away with time. I don't know.
