Can exercise induce mania/ and or rapid cycling in bipolar indeviduals?
Does it have any antimanic properites (I heard it can reduce glutamate activity)

It's suppose to be great for you, never heard of that before! It's suppose to improve depression, natural seretonin.

my understanding is that if you overdo exercise it can induce hypomania which can then develop into full blown mania. but i am not positive of this
