I certainly wouldn't. Phentermine stimulates dopamine and your central nervous system CNS. Wellbutrin is a dopamine re-uptake, which means it keeps in in your system, so you'd be double-whammying (word?) your CNS and dopamine.
I've had problems with weightloss and have recently tried some basic stuff like allowing myself 3 meals a day, 2 snacks (fruit), and NO FAST FOOD! I've lost 20 pounds and is a reasonable diet. No fast food has really made a huge difference. I also started incorporating aerobics and stretching 3-5 times a week.
Good luck to you.

I can say from experience that Friendofbillw and Crazychickuk both give excellent advice!
I got pretty messed up on Phentermine -- it's just speed in tiny time pills! You get quite high for a few hours and then have a horrible crash that can last for days. The weight you lose you gain right back by binge eating.
This approach to losing weight was discredited way back in the '50s but the pharmecuticals have so much influence now, I wouldn't be surprised if they started to re-introduce barbituates for anxiety and insomnia.
The two big no-no's about losing weight are diet pills and diets. Don't do either. Instead, eat good, fresh food moderately and exercise, also moderately. You'll start to feel better immediately and the couple of pounds a month you lose will STAY off as your new lifestyle takes hold. Just be patient!
