I saw the posts from 2000 re switching. I have only been on Zoloft for 8 days (7)25 mg (1) 50 mg and want to get feedback on just switching to 20 mg Prozac without graduating the strength (my doctor did not really give me a "plan"...Have been having anxiety/panic attacks since starting the zoloft and never had that problem with prozac when I used it in the past. Guessing the Prozac will take longer to "kick in" but I am not sure I can make it through the zoloft side effects.

Go for it then, I would say 50mg Zoloft to 20mg prozac would be a fair trade off.
The prozac may be a little stronger. You could always split the pills if you want to play it slower.
