I just tried Inositol for my OCD-like skin picking problem and had suprisingly good results. Unfortunately, I also take Nardil for Depression and Inositol seem to interact causing terrible insomnia.
Anyone else had insomnia problems with Inositol?
Are there any alternatives to Inositol for OCD?

I had really bad insomnia on inositol. Fish oil can help ocd.

I am sorry this is not an answer to your question, but I'm curious as to how much inositol you take for OCD? And where do you get it?
