Has anyone tried Lex for ocd with good effect?

I have the O of OCD -- I have obsessive thoughts but no compulsive behaviors. I have found Lexapro has helped me with this (until it recently pooped out on me after about 7 months). I was prescribed Lex for depression, but it helps with obsession as well, I've noticed.
