I had major problems with trileptal. Creepy dreams that set a mood that stayed with me after i awoke, a horrible smell that stayed in my nose and psychedelic like hallucinations when i closed my eyes. Please talk to others, though, because many have had good results from Trileptal. For some reason, it was bad news for me. Good luck, MelD
