I have recently been prescribed lexapro for major depression. After reading up on the drug, I have a few questions.
1. Does the sexual side effects go away?
2. Does it make people gain weight? I am really wanting to know from those that have been on the drug for at least 6 months.
3. Has anyone withdrawn from the drug after taking it for 6 months without horrible withdrawals? I am not expecting myself to abruptly stop taking the medication, but I would really like to know can you get off of by tapering and not have any horrible withdrawals effects.
