Has anyone experienced problems from missing a single dose of Remeron? I've done this twice now, and it seems like each time, the following day is spent increasingly weak, shaky, confused and dysphoric. The morning after taking the next dose is much better (though still somewhat flat).

Dear Eddie,
I am wondering also what happens when you come off remeron. I am presently going off klonopin & it hasn't been easy. I have been taking 15mg. remeron & 1mg.klonopin for over a year. I just want off of these meds. I will let you know what I experience once I start the withdrawl.

Nope - been on lots and had horrid withdrawals from Paxil and Efexor. For me Remeron was the easiest to come off, was slightly panicky for a day and then fine, but YMMV.
