still here, and not nearly as psychotic as i was a few days ago. thanks so very much for asking. i actually drove to my therapist's office today. i didn't have a wreck or run any lights...but i did get in a wrong lane and end up taking the long way around; which was sad and humiliating since i've been going there every week since january! i thought the leaves blowing across the road were chipmunks, so i guess i'm still a little kooky/jumpy, but i did finally manage to sleep last night...nine whole hours! i had at least four uninterrupted hours, which was amazingly rare.

i guess the overall picture is that, since i'm not any worse, i must be getting more acclimated to it. i'll check back in when i start to increase my dosage. thanks again for being so considerate of my situation. you and others have helped me not to be so frightened.
