Do you mind if I ask how Parnate helps with your diagnosis? The reason I ask is because I have fairly bad atypical depression and very low energy, and I am definitely thinking about Parnate. I take Celexa, but only Prozac has really helped me for my type of depression (out of the dozen or so meds I have tried in the past 19 years).

parnate is a wonder drug man.. and the diet is no inconvenience at all when compared to the major inconvenience of depression .... i would strongly recommend it (esp for atypical depression or sleepy people like me or anyone who wants a really strong libido :) :) )
don't suffer needlessly man.... work at it, find a solution, i want to see all of us doing well
