Well, overall I seem to be doing a lot better. A little more excited to do things again, actually, I AM doing things again...that alone is a victory. But Im in the middle of a mid morning panic attack....dont you hate these?

Glad to hear you're doing better. :-) Are you on Lex for depression or anxiety?

Well, I actually have a HUGE anxiety issue, that lead to depression. I would go through periods of intense and irrational anxiety, where'd I would worry about every angle of a problem....even when the angles contradicted each other.

Eventually I couldnt take it, and only wanted to stay in bed...I couldnt get through the day without incredible worry, and couldnt focus on anything.
