Man, I went from this slightly hyper-aggitated state after taking my 100mg's of Seroquel, to a lethargic state with slurred speech.
Can I take my dose at bedtime, 1x per day? Or say take the largest dose at bedtime, and the smallest mid-day. Thanks for your help...

I guess it depends how you normally take it. Mine was for dissociation, visual hallucinations and insomnia and I took 50mg around 9PM ...
But I got tired of feeling like a zombie. In the end I'd rather see pink elephants than feel like I'm in a fog.
Maybe you should talk to your doctor ... maybe the dose could be lowered.

after discussing lethargy issues with my pdoc, he said that, from a therapeutic standpoint, it was fine to space my dosage out however i like. now i take 50mg at bedtime and two 25mg doses in the daytime (morning and afternoon). i find that i can function on 25mg well enough to drive and the 50mg at night helps me sleep better.
hope this helps.

I have bipolar and take Seroquel because I also have visual hallucinations and paranoid thoughts. I take all 150 mg's at night. This was the doctors instructions, but I think it would make me too tired if I had to take it during the day.

even after a few months, i have found that i can't (comfortably) tolerate more than 50mg of seroquel at any one time, as i seem to get "overwhelmed" with some strange strain of restless leg syndrome/akathisia that makes it too difficult to rest or sleep through peacefully.

My doctor started me on Seroquel @ 25mg qhs working up to 100mg. I was like a sombie! I felt very high and I slept well at first. But then the wild dreams started and I began to gain weight. Needless to say I stopped. My doctor then tried GEODON. I couldn't believe that one! I felt as though I was coming out of anesthesia after surgery. I couldn't form words much less sentences. I couldn't remember names of friends. I have a fulltime job and could not function like this! I'd rather be completely manic than have my life turn into a slow motion black and white film! It was horrible. I stopped taking it too.
