Has anyone had any experience with Maoi's for ocd/ anxiety? tried all the ssri's but just made me tired. Do the MAOI's have a different effect on the serotonin system than ssri's?

I've tried some SSRI's (Paxil and Celexa).
For me, they sucked. I really hated them.
Now, I'm on Klonopin.
I've been taking 1.0mg / day for 4 days, but I'm planning to switch to Nardil after a week.

I tried deprenyl years ago and it did help my ocd and gave me energy and i did not worry about things that i usually worried about. ssri's have been a bust for me too. Anyway, I took really low doses of deprenyl, 1.25 mg per day and that was enough to take the edge off (1/4th of 5mg pill).
I noticed less worry etc in about 12-14 days. I am pretty med-sensitive so don't know what amount would be effective for someone else.
