Hi,
i am using effexor (300 mg a day) and i think it's a good drug. But I have some strange side effects. I cannot walk straigth wathever i do, and i feel very rigidity. Has someone suffered this? When this se will go away or diminuish?
Please let me know. I am very confused about my life now...

It sounds prutty serious ... you should definately call your doctor ASAP as in today ... and/or go to the ER

Yeah I have never heard of that either. You should at least call a doctor right away or go to ER as suggested. That does not sound normal at all.

> Have a nice timeI'm sorry if I sounded uncaring ... but I'd rather tell you to go to the hospital ... even if for nothing ... than tell you to just "ignore it" and then you get really sick from some freaky side effects.
I really hope its nothing to be worried about... for me it worked ... at least I felt marginally better after a month or so but the first two weeks were total hell.
If the side effects are too violent, your doc could always make the dosage progression slower.
Take care of yourself and do let us know how you are doing :)

Don't worry camille. I appreciate your hint.
My doctor said that was the effect of my attitude
to hyperventilate when i breathe. So it's not a real problem. I can overcome it with just more walk and right breathing...
