I have been on paxil for a year and a half- 60 mg.. and recently was started on lithium as part of a research study.. about a week ago I stopped taking both meds for no good reason. about 3-4 days ago I started experienceing extreme Nausea and dizzyness- I would feel hungry but when trying to eat was very sensitive to smells and symtoms increase.
I have started to wonder if I am pregnant, then I read previous messages and thought "this may be withdrawl??" Also wondering what head zaps are asI think I have experienced something simular to that?? I need to take my meds (paxil) again although at this time pyschologically I have felt no different...
This is very long but is what I am describing a commen withdrawl symtom?

-----------Yes it is Paxil withdrawal. Try tapering off slowly if you need to discontinue the medication.
