Do any of these stimulant meds help anyone with social phobia, ie make conversation flow more smooth, increase confidence, etc?

Amphetamines (Adderall,Dexedrine etc) generally make me more putgoing,talkative,sociable. Klonopin+Adderall = ultimate social phobia killers :)
