Effexor withdrawls

anyone else know what I'm talking about.... it's terrible.... makes me not want to go back on it ever again.... for fear that I will want/need to go off it again.... anyone know of any ways to help get through it?

Hey there,
This will be a short/abbreviated version. Effexor withdrawals. Wish you mentioned your dosage & length of time taking Effexor.
Anyways,
1) taper off Effexor slowly, lower & lower dosages until you quit cold turkey.
2) see your doctor about taking another Anti-Dep temporarily to help with the withdrawal. Prozac supposed to be a good one.

That's all I've heard so far.
