I've had a problem lately of having feelings be flat, of feeling numb at times, or not as emotional as I would like to be.
Actually, my emotions are strongest preceding a severe migraine, which I usually get once a month. All I'm taking is verapamil 80 mgs x 3 daily to prevent migraine. If this is also used as a 'mood stabilizer' for some, could it be causing depressive side effects for me?
Any suggestions on an alternative?

Hey Books,

For me, ENADA NADH really helps to alleviate this problem. Also, I add some TMG which is a good methyl donor and a precursor to SAM-e.
Let me know if you are interested, and I'll tell you some of the specifics.
