You are not alone. Anxiety has many symptoms and the ones you describe are not uncommon at all. I know you have been struggling for a while, I wish you could find a good treatment. I use Klonopin with wonderful results, for all anxiety, including agoraphobia. You might try getting a copy of "The Anxiety Disease". It is a very good book and really helps you to know this is a REAL disease process with many strange and awful symptoms. You can usually get it fairly cheap second hand or try to find it at your library. I believe benzo's are the most help for anxiety. It is the only thing that worked for me and I could NOT handle any AD's... but depression was never a primary problem for me. Anxiety was and is my disease to deal with. Good Luck to you. You have suffered enough.

You are not alone at all. I've had the same symptoms and the only thing that helps is Klonopin.
