I just started 150 in the morning and 150 in the evening for 7 days then one a day (300mg) can any suggest the best time to take the two doses?

It's best to space it 12 hrs apart. If you take it first thing in the AM (say 7am), take the 2nd dose at 7pm. It has a relatively short half-life. Your doc wants you to take a single 300mg tab once a day after a week? Geez, I don't know what the best time to take *one* dose of Trileptal per day would be. Is it for bipolar?

I take it and lamictal around 12 hours apart. 6:30 am and pm.
